June 4th

1) Andy Murray in 3 or 4 sets vs AOR
Throughout his career Andy Murray has tended to struggle on clay.  He's 43-29 in his career and only 5-3 this season.  In the matchups between these two the AOR is 5-1.  Additionally it is 2-0 on clay.  Gasquet has a better record on clay in his career (88-55) and this season (8-3).  Although Murray is yet to have a game go to 5 sets this tournament, he is also yet to have a ranked opponent.  I'll take AOR and hope Gasquet wins 2 sets.

2) Republic of Ireland vs Hungary or draw
Hungary is yet to lose a game in this years friendlys, granted they've only played twice, but they beat Czech Republic 2-1 and drew Bulgaria 1-1.  Ireland drew Czech Republic 1-1 and beat Bosnia-Herzegovina 1-0.  I'll take Hungary to at least draw.

3) Kershaw K in the first?
Kershaw has 64 K's in 74 innings pitched. I went through all complete innings in his last 6 games (I got bored of counting) and he has 26 innings with a K vs 43 innings pitched.  However, Philadelphia is 4th in the league in least strikeouts.  Their first three batters, Rollins (K 16.2%) Pierre (K 7.2%) and Pence (K 21.2%), meaning on the Philadelphia side there is only a 39.4% chance of a K. Even Ruiz, the Phillies typical #4 only K's 11.2% of the time.  I think all the Philly batters get the ball in play, so I'll go no.

4) HR innings 3-5?
Both of these teams struggle to hit HR's Philadelphia ranked 18th and the Dodgers ranked 26th in the MLB.  Additionally, Kershaw has only given up 6 HR's in 74 innnings pitched.  Worley is a bit worse at 7 HR's in only 44 innings, but this still only works out to .45 HR/3 innings, and with the Dodgers ranked 26th in the majors, I'll take no.

5) XBH in the 8th?
I'll take no, depending on the timing.  If it doesn't look like taking this pick will get me into the Rangers game, I'll take the Spurs, if it does, I'll go no and Rangers.

6) Texas Rangers vs Oakland A's
Frankly I don't like Feldman very much as a starter.  In his 3 starts he's given up 7 runs in just 13 innings, however two of the games were against Seattle who is ranked 12th in runs scored, and the other was against Kansas City, but he shutout Kansas City in 4.2 innings, and even they are ranked 25th in runs scored which is better than the dismal A's at 29th (out of 30).  The Rangers on the other hand are number 1 in runs scored, but they won't have an easy time of it against Parker who is sitting at a 2.88 ERA.  I still think the Rangers win, but by no means is this a lock.
