May 4th

Still struggling to find any kind of rhythm.  Thought I found a little mid-day, but turned out to end the day with a double L.

1) Watney or tie vs Day

This prop seems simple enough.  Watney has the tie option, performed better in the entire of the first round.  Day is probably a slightly better golfer, but not enough to override the tie option.

2) Birmingham  or Draw vs Blackpool

For some reason, I always tend to be Blackpool when I am doing FIFA franchises, but in this one, I have to take Birmingham.  Drew Blackpool 2-2 when they played at Blackpool and beat them in a crushing 3-0 defeat at home.  Birmingham is a reasonable road side, and I like them to at least hold for a draw here.

3) On Fire Baby or Broadways Alibi vs the Field

If there was anything learned last time there was a slew of horse props, its always take the field.  Why? On Fire Baby and Broadway's Alibi are 4/1.  That means that each not winning is around a -600 favorite.  I'll take my chances on some other horse.

4) Paul Pierce vs Joe Johnson or tie

This one simply comes down to lineups, Pierce showed he could fill it up in game two when he was needed due to Allen and Rondo being out.  If Josh Smith doesn't play, Joe Johnson will need to deliver.  I'll wait for the injury report to decide this one, but I'm leaning toward Joe Johnson.

5) Boston 22- or 23+
In the 2 earlier games in the series, Boston has been over 22 2 of the 8 quarters.  That doesn't seem good for the over pickers.  I'll wait for the game flow, but I'm leaning under.

6) Lakers vs Nuggets
If there's no second half prop added, I'll take the Nuggets.  I figure they have to win at least one game in the series, and in all reality they haven't been awful, forced a 3 pt game in game 2.
